Silence.

buy Clomiphene tablets I’ve been going through a period of being enchanted by life, and correspondingly disenchanted with the internet.  Even my emails have gotten short, which is unusual for a person who produces words by the thousand.

http://avavolleyball.com/wp-json/oembed/1.0/embed?url=https://avavolleyball.com/juniorolympicvolleyball/u16-chaos/ I’ve been working on my larger writing projects.  In fact it’s been a blessed time here, as the longer days mean new optimism and sun-driven happiness, while it’s still too cold to spend much time outdoors.  The result has been real creative work, which is a great joy.

I planted some lettuce to satisfy my vernal gardening instinct and it had a few nice days in the greenhouse while it was warm, but I was forced to bring the tray in when it turned bitterly cold (the greenhouse has not source of heat besides the sun, and on a cold, windy night it will freeze hard).  In general I never have any success here growing things from seed in the springtime.  It’s simply not warm enough in my cabin for seeds to willingly sprout.  Most seed germination seems to be accelerated by a constant 70 degrees and moisture.  The moisture I can provide, but constant temperature requires constant burning of fuel, which is not my lifestyle.  Most of the day the cabin is around 50 degrees, and if I go out for any length of time I let the fire go out and the cabin cool off even more.  One way or another, it’s been seven days and I may have one lettuce plant that has germinated, though the tray was outdoors in the fall and it could easily be some other type of plant.

I’ll be headed to Michigan shortly, and hope to see a bit of the country on the trips to and fro.  That might rejuvenate the blog a bit, though we will see.  As long as I’m working on the novel I am happy with my writing.

It has been cold here the past few days.  I have been reminded of the simple fact that there are usually no leaves on the trees for a good two more months.
