Londrina I am planning a long bike trip this spring, along the entire length of the Mississippi River, from the Gulf to its source at Lake Itasca in Minnesota. I’ve long thought of doing this, and I think the time has come. Springtime is an excellent time to do it, and my work at the Sugar Shack has given me just enough – just barely enough – economic freedom to pull this trip off. I’ll depart for it sometime between April First and Fifteenth, depending on how quickly the spring comes on up here. I’ve long wanted to blog about a long trip, and I hope to put a book together about this one.
